4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • IONOS, which hosts our website and email, under a contract requiring it to protect your data;
  • Cloudflare, which IONOS uses to deliver our website quickly and protect it from attacks;
  • professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed;
  • regulators, law enforcement or courts where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Our website and email are hosted by IONOS in the UK or the European Economic Area. The UK recognises the EEA as providing adequate protection for personal data.

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, so information about your visit, and anything you send through our website, may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, it is protected by the UK–US data bridge or by the ICO's International Data Transfer Addendum.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Then we delete them.

7. Keeping it secure

We use appropriate measures to protect your data and limit access to people who need it. If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to marketing at any time;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To use any of these rights, email admin@valnexus.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.

9. Cookies

Our website only uses essential cookies — those needed for it to work securely, including cookies set by Cloudflare to protect the site from automated attacks. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this statement and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please complain to us first at admin@valnexus.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay, keep you updated and tell you the outcome.

11. Changes to this statement

We will update this statement before we start providing our platform to customers, and whenever our use of personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
